1. Applicability & Definitions
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the provision of services by AdsWise Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (the “Client”, “you”).
1.2 Definitions:
Services include, but are not limited to: ads management (Google, Meta), Google Business Profile optimisation, review automation, chatbot and booking automation, email flows, audits.
Packages: the subscription tiers offered (e.g., Starter, Growth, Elite) with specified deliverables.
2. Scope of Services & Agreement Start
2.1 Our services begin only after the Client agrees in writing (including via electronic means) to an agreement outlining the scope, package specifics, fees, and schedule.
2.2 Deliverables, timelines, and outputs will be set at onboarding. We reserve the right to adjust minor scope items with notice to the Client.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to:
Provide timely access to necessary accounts and credentials (e.g. ad platforms, GBP, Shopify, Klaviyo).
Respond to us within reasonable timeframe (usually within 48 hours) to questions, approvals, content, feedback.
Maintain accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Typical package fees are detailed on our website or in proposals.
4.2 Ad spend or third‑party charges are not included in management fees and remain entirely the Client’s responsibility.
4.3 Setup or onboarding fees may apply and will be communicated prior to agreement.
4.4 Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is made.
5. Cancellation & Free Contract Termination Clause
5.1 You may terminate your subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice (email acceptable).
5.2 We require no long‑term lock‑in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 If terminated, services cease at end of notice period; fees already paid are non‑refundable, except where expressly agreed.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All fees for ongoing monthly services are non‑refundable once the service period has begun.
6.2 If you are dissatisfied during the first 14 days after setup (but before substantial work has commenced), we may consider partial refund of setup charges, at our discretion.
